Filming Invincible Love/Invisible War by Pat Harley

Soon after we had completed The Amazing Collection in 2005 we began to think about other ways to reach people with the whole Word of God.

One day as Eleanor, Linda and I were brainstorming; we came up with three words: History, Writings, Prophecy to describe the various parts of the Bible. Both the Old Testament and the New Testament are arranged in this manner. It was a revelation to us and also greatly simplified the order of the Bible. If the student could remember three words then indeed they could have a good roadmap through all sixty-six books!

From that we developed a seminar which included testimonies, music and interesting power points. Various churches invited us to present this material and for about one year we enjoyed teaching in this way. However, there was a downside. It took us away from our husbands and family more than we wanted to and with a sound/tech person and a worship leader traveling with us, it was also a logistics nightmare! We decided to put the seminar to rest yet we knew we had good material that could be a great help to Bible Students.

Eleanor is a wonderful writer and a great thinker. She took all of the material, added to it and wrote the workbook that we now call Invincible Love/Invisible War.

Then we began getting calls from ladies who had been doing the new study. "Do you have DVD's to go with it?" Of course the answer was "NO" ! But we also noticed that donations were coming in marked "Invincible Love DVD's so we wondered if God wasn't encouraging us to move forward.

Wanting to make the study interesting for both men and women, we decided to ask men to team teach with us. God in His gracious kindness has raised up three incredible men teachers/pastors who are immensely gifted! We still stand in awe that God has moved their hearts to agree to teach with us!

On May 10-11, we will go into the Leading the Way studio to film Invincible Love/Invisible War. There will be six DVD programs that will accompany the workbook. This time we will film with an audience in a small group type setting. Soteria productions will once again be working with us (and truly it is just like old times!) We are excited. We are nervous! But hopefully before the fall we will have another great tool to help people (now both men and women) see the whole of God's Word!
